About – The New Sy Briefing Blog!
Welcome Statement
Welcome to the new “The Sy Briefing”, where we blend art, culture, and environmental consciousness into compelling stories that inspire change.
Founded in 2019 by Steve Last, our mission has always been to enrich lives with articles that challenge readers to see the world anew.
Blending expertise in digital content with a passion for storytelling, we provide high-quality narratives that resonate across a global audience.
Our Story
Our journey began in a small UK office with an idea: transform everyday informational articles into engaging narratives with an artsy and eco-conscious twist. By navigating key challenges such as adapting to rapid digital shifts and expanding our subject range without losing quality, we grew significantly. But, unfortunately, the original Sy Briefing, that had published published more than 2,000 articles since inception, became a victim of its own success. It was no longer viable when revenue dropped during the covid years
Today, this website “the new Sy Briefing” is once again growing with all new articles and new contributors. It reaches over 5K monthly visitors and has published more than 2,000 articles since inception.
Our big ambition is to achieve a nomination for the Best Content Curation Award in 2020 and recognition from the Green Web Foundation for sustainability in digital publishing. Each achievement guides us further on our path as industry leaders and relentless innovators in the realm of impactful journalism.
